Mark S. Dugger

            Mark joined the firm of Dugger and Cole in 1983, following his father and grandfather as the third generation of attorneys in the family.  Since joining the firm, Mark has concentrated on the general practice of law that is required in a small town.  His practice areas include:  personal injury, worker’s compensation, products liability, bankruptcy - both Chapter 7 and 13, criminal, estate planning - including wills and probate, real estate disputes, contract disputes, domestic relations - divorce, adoption, custody, child support and spousal support.

            Mark is a member of the Elizabethton Kiwanis Club, and was President from 1991- 1992.  He has served on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid of East Tennessee, which covers twenty-seven counties in East Tennessee.  He is a prior hearing officer for the Board of Professional Responsibility.  He is married to Vickie Dugger.  They have two children, Brett and Eric and two grandchildren, Macy & Everett.  Mark is an accomplished golfer and sports fan, especially of the Tennessee Vols.
